Nowadays, many brand companies need to promote their company in a better way with low budget. So the professional promotional company is locating different items for promoting. You need to know that the glass cup is completely a best item to go on. Firstly, glass cup is the daily used glassware on table. And they’re more environmental than plastic ones. Of course, the most important is they are in low costs. You will have different logos/decorations as you wish.
Now we will introduce you about one way to show your brands on the glass cup.It’s by decal.
Firstly, we need to make the logo printed on one paper and covered with an unique oil. This paper with logo is called decal.
Before stick on the glass, we will put the decal on the water to make them wet enough. Then use a brush to make it smooth. Packed on the pallet and dry overnight.
The decal must be dry enough before go into the oven. Here are our lady workers decaling.
The oven temperature is up to 580-600 degree, to make sure the decal is strongly fastened on the glass. Even scratched by a sharp knife top, it will not be came out. It takes around 4-5 hours to finish.
The workers is standing at the exit and packing the glasses with custom packing boxes. Generally, different glasses has each unique packing methods.Such as color box, window box, single color box..then packed in one export carton with shipping marks. For now, the procedure is almost finished.
But it is not end yet! The inspection team will inspect and test the goods randomly. The inspection is processing strictly before the customer’s inspection or the 3 party, like SGS.
All the procedure is being done on the supervisor of inspection team. To make sure our customer has good experience of working with us.
